勇士隊奪下暌違40年的NBA總冠軍，昨在主場甲骨文球館所在的奧克蘭市舉辦盛大的封王遊行，現場聚集近百萬人一同分享瘋狂喜悅，每個球員都擁有自己的遊行巴士，最受矚目的仍是擁有完美球季的柯瑞，而他超萌的2歲女兒萊莉也一起同樂。
「6年前，我走在路上還沒人認得我，如今大家都知道我是萊莉的父親了！」柯瑞的女兒萊莉在本次季後賽一夕爆紅，柯瑞搞笑跟女兒爭寵。他本季例行賽繳出23.8分、7.7助攻、4.3籃板，勇奪年度MVP，雖與總冠軍賽MVP失之交臂，但終於如願奪冠。
勇士隊老闆拉寇布用親身經歷來表達奪下冠軍的喜悅，他回顧當時在甲骨文球館將隊史傳奇射手穆林的球衣背號退休，獲得全場球迷噓聲，如今則有上百萬球迷為冠軍喝采，他說：「我不確定有沒有人有類似經驗，只在3年間有如此轉變。」
除了享受灣區球迷大聲喝采，勇士隊高層不忘向球迷提出承諾，總管邁爾斯保證即將成為受限自由球員的卓雷蒙格林絕不會離隊，而格林也向球迷表示，今年暑假毫無離隊企圖。
