黃暐傑此役先發戰釀酒人1A，開賽就連飆2K，接著雖被擊出安打，但馬上再用三振解決對手，之後更是大顯神威，讓對手19上19下，完成連續解決20人壯舉。
直到八局下1出局後，黃暐傑控球出現不穩，投手犯規、暴投、保送樣樣來，滿壘局面被敲出高飛犧牲打失1分，退場時比賽陷入平手僵局。響尾蛇最終在11局下打回致勝分，2比1險勝。
黃暐傑此役投出生涯最長的8局，送出7次三振1次保送，被敲2支安打掉1分，無關勝敗；旅美生涯第1年，他至今出賽5場，戰績3勝0敗，31.2局送出31K，責失僅3分，防禦率0.85，優異的表現讓球隊投手教練巴屈勒(Doug Bochtler)印象深刻，更直言他有大聯盟的投球水準。
道奇3A今日遭遇紅雀3A。曹錦輝在九局上，5比5平手局面時登板，三振掉首位打者，接下來2個出局數都用滾地球製造出局，順利完成任務。
曹錦輝此役後援1局，用球數10球，其中8顆好球，送出1次三振無失分，近10戰僅失1分，防禦率下修至4.05，並靠著隊友九局下的再見全壘打，幸運奪下本季第2勝。
旅美野手方面，陳品捷所屬的小熊高A因雨延賽。海盜高A張進德5月因大腿不適進入傷兵名單，此役傷癒復出，6打數繳白卷，打擊率下滑至3成04。
紅襪高A林子偉先發鎮守游擊，排第二棒，單場5支2，貢獻2分打點，打擊率2成82。
